13" overall or 13" blade? The law is based on the blade alone, not the overall knife.

5.5" in Texas by state law, but apparently some cities have shorter length laws and state laws do not have preemption.

Yeah has to have a blade under 5.5 Inches, concealed or open. Mind, that is already very large. I only have 3 folders with blades over 5.5: A novelty non-automatic side-opening stiletto, a large Opinel for fishing, and a Cold Steel Rajah (pocket kukri).
