Knife Spotting on UniWatch

www.uniwatch.com had a post the other day about a trip to the baseball hall of fame archives. Included was this picture of a tray of early season passes. In the center is a pen knife that appears to be from the Polo Grounds, 1913.

Imagine the panic that would ensue if a modern team issued season tickets on knives.

I recognize that knife. I believe it to be a WALLKILL RIVER WORKS WALDEN, NY it has a one piece folded metal handle with a covered back spring. This was an economy brand of NEW YORK KNIFE CO. A close up view of that knife would be very interesting. It's a real winner! Thanks for the post.

I think the pattern is a lot more common than that. I have a pen knife in a similar design (folded over handle with hidden back spring) that was made in Sheffield.
