Hi BF,

I currently store my knives in the boxes I buy them in. But, I have no way really to efficiently store them, or move them around. Does anybody have cases that they store their knives in? I know ZT makes a knive storage case, do other companies? What type of storage/cases do you use? What knife case would you recommend I get to store my knives in and to efficiently transfer them around?

I use silverware flannel (?) pouches from a jewelry store and put them in a plastic ziplock bag.
Have done it for many, many years with no rust, discoloration, etc.

Tackle box for folders... i have a ridgid brand plastic case thats similar to a pelican case i use for fixed blades . If you search you will find much info on this topic .

spyderpac, small one with 18 pocket while large one with 30. Check them out. You will like.

It does look like a good option. Any other cases people like? I like the storage of the spyderpac, but I prefer the look/styling more like a bag of the ZT case.

I lay mine on my sharpening bench... Which is a cheap desk that I bought at a garage sale for $10.

Works great. Holds them up off the ground, protects them from theft by being inside, provides quick access by being a desk and not a box, maintains close proximity to the Wicked Edge by also holding the Wicked Edge... a truly versatile piece.

Coming to a yard sale near you. See Craigslist for details and special offers.

I keep some of my folders in vintage wooden cigar or wine boxes lined with Elvis velvet. Pretty simple.

Plano foam gun cases and Pelican cases are good as well, depending on how much you want to spend.

just buy the 30-pocket one and call it a day. It has minimal wear on knives and is easy to fold and pack.

I only have like 6 knives haha. I seem to have a difficulty justifying buying a lot of knives. I like a lot of knives, but never can pull the trigger if they don't fill a role not already filled and I come from a pretty anti-knife circles so I think people would judge me haha.

who cares about what others think. I see in a few months you will have much morw than 5 or 6 knives. The 30-pocket soyderpac also swrves as my knifw dispay. rack.

Generic pelican style case I got if Amazon. Has the pick foam inserts. Great storage case, but does take up some space.

I just use these plastic orginizer boxes. Simple and cheap.

My gun safe has a couple strips of molle webbing attached to the inside of the door. It makes a great place to clip my folders. My fixed blades are in a small Rubbermaid box.

Ya'll ain't got many knives, er yah? :p

Two wooden four drawer filing cabinets and an old five drawer wooden dresser. Electronics moisture packs in each drawer.

I love my Maxpedition Dodecapod. It's sturdy & can carry up to 12 large folders (except like Cold Steel Espada XL). Portable too, great for taking to impromptu knife shows.
