Knife storage?!

Looking for some purchasable display/storage cases, preferably slotted ones. My knife situation is a complete mess it’s turned into more of a pile than anything. And or they are spewed throughout my house. What do you guys use?
 
I have three different silverware storage cases that I use for storage. I picked them up on Ebay.

Issue is my knife collection is a… little large lol, iv seen the foam gun like cases with 50 slots or so, think I’ll have to go that route with maybe a few smaller ones as a display
 
I keep my good stuff in a safe, the stuff that doesn’t make it goes on top. The rest that get EDC’d are scattered around my bedroom, in the nightstand, on my desk… I was thinking of getting one of those pelican CRK cases they had at Southern edges, it had 5 cutouts on Top and 3 trays underneath for other stuff…. Looked cool but eh , $$$$

I have a glass front wine cooler that no longer works, i now have myself thinking about trying to make something out of that lol

I've found tool storage to work well for me. Functions perfectly for the job, and my my interior design preferences are such that industrial objects here and there fit in just fine.

I love the setup and the victorinox collection, i have the same situation with leathermans, and other multi tools. What are your 2 favorite swiss army knives to have in your pocket? And why? Sorry i just love hearing people talk about it lol

My Favorite and most carried it probably the old Wenger Traveler, even though I prefer Victorinox scissors. My 3 most preferred tools in a SAK are scissors, cap lifter, and fingernail file. 4th if possible would be a blade that works as a designated package opener. The Wenger Traveler has the former 3, and it has the old Wenger can opener with an edge that can be sharpened to work great as a package opener. Add the fact that it has the chain on the key ring which is perfect for attaching a pocket clip and suspending it in the pocket, and this becomes the one I reach for the most. I was lucky to find a NOS one on the Bay and some translucent scales as well. The Victorinox EVO 14 continues the line, but it looses the Wenger can opener. Still, I carry one of those in wood often as well.

Next would probably Be the Victorinox Compact. Two layers, my 3 favorite tools, and a pen. I really wish the would put the file on all parcel hooks like they do on that model.

Also the Alox minichamp is hard to beat for packing so much functionality into a compact design, especially if you use a mini flashlight as a pocket clip.

I gotta be careful here or I'll just start naming them all and why I find a need for so many different models 😉

Also, I do carry the Swisstool Spirit X quite a bit as my main multi-tool, but that's another topic.
