Knife store/dealers in Phoenix?

I'll be in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area tomorrow (Sunday 2/4) and have the day to play. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good knife store or dealer?

I'm from south of Tucson, but I know Sunday is a bad day, most places are usually closed.

Call Sun Valley Knives 623-876-8394 ask for Jim. He probably will also be closed. Sorry.

Your next best bet is a mall or a truck stop. Don't laugh, Arizona truck stops have awsome knife shops.
 
I,m not sure if it open on Sunday but I like Cat Cutlery, 7015 N 19th Ave, Phoenix.

I don't think that anyone is open on Sunday, but Cat Cutlery is a good one and just down the road is AZ Knife Source at 12th St and Glendale. He has a large shop and a good selection. Cat Cutlery is at 19th Ave and Northern.

Some folks have complained about Howard at Az Knife Source, but I have never had any problems with him.

I lived in Phoenix my entire life up until about two years ago, at any of the major malls Arrowhead(in Glendale), Paradise Valley mall(Phoenix near Scottsdale), and (Metrocenter mall(Phoenix). All of these malls have a store called "The Knife Shop", they have some very nice knives, including Microtech automatics(I went to Arrowhead mall when I visited during Christmas, they had them then, I am not sure about the other malls).

 
Thanks to everyone for your help and quick responses. I called the first three and they are all closed on Sundays. But I'll be sure to check out The Knife Shop at the malls.

Hey art check out Arizona Tactical it is a cool cop store (and civilian) inside Shooters World(an indoor gun range) we are open Sun 9-6 and stock MOD, Mictotech, Benchmade, CRKT, and spyderco. We are having some sweet sells on Micr, and have some very rare High Gloss MOD's the number is 602-728-0900 and is off of I-17 and Indian School. Have fun here. Steve

Hey AZTACMAN, do you guys have a web site? I live in Prescott and would like to check out your store. Just wondering what kind of stuff you sell (besides knives).
