I will be going to Manhattan for work soon. Any Knife stores I should check out?
 
Not a knife store, but Paragon Sports on 18th and Broadway has a great collection...from low end to custom. Generally list price, though

Yup, Tent & Trails has a nice selection of Spydercos and Victorinox SAKs. Couple of ColdSteel models, couple of CRKTs. Just walk up to the register, the knives are on the wall behind them, along with a small display case off to the right.

Careful though, the shop-owner tends to be a bit moody. Hopefully you won't catch her on a bad day. Normally they open at 9:30am. Here's the address...
