Knife stores in Germany?

Hello
I'm posting this in here as well as the European section as my main focus is on Bökers, and there must be some Europeans lurking around here too as there is no other Böker section on here other than the USA.

I'm travelling to Germany this summer and I was hoping to pick up a few new blades if only possible, with the euro to dollar exchange rate being freakishly low it's not really such a bad idea.
I can't remember the exact town/city were going to be staying in (I'm not really the one planning it out) but I know it's in northern Germany, realtively near the border.
So does anyone know any good German knife shops that are situated in the north and also in the bigger cities all around Germany? Hell, if you know a knife shop anywhere in Germany just post the name and the address.
My main focus selection wise would be on Böker knives, especially the Plus line and some Opinels would be nice as well, so as always, the bigger the selection, the better.

Thanks a lot, I will post more accurate info when I get some.

UPDATE: So we're flying to Munich and we'll spend a day there, so I guess that'll be my best choice.
So, any good knife stores that fit my criteria in Munich?

EDIT: The point of this is to actually visit a store in person. I'm already a regular at Knifeworks and Lighthound, if I want someting for less, I go there. :)

"Holz-Leute"
Viktualienmarkt 2 - not far from Marienplatz
They had a few knives from böker - but their main concern is on hand made wood stuff - so knives are more like a byproduct.

"Bestecke Biebl"
Karlsplatz 25 (Stachus) - the name refers to cutlery (kitchen) - but they got usual knives, too.. their prices for benchmades are horrible (that's the only brand i was interested when i visited them) - i dont know about german brands.

Both of them are in the city core. 1mile to the south east is

"Messer & Scheren Pfeiffer" at Rosenheimerstr. 42
[i haven't been there yet but it was advised in a german knife forum]

About the prices...
If you want to buy anything in germany you pay the VAT of 19% - i dont know if you can get it back if you go back to the US. Maybe you have to reach a treshold for getting back anything.
These small stores usually sell at retail - perhaps a little bit less, perhaps a bit more - and its uncommon to bargain.
Its even hard to find online shops that sell far below retail (like... benchmades or ESEEs at knifeworks.com or many other online shops in the US)
So - you got probably much better prices in the US ;)

Regarding Böker (as an example):
US website - exskelimoor - 99 US $
German webiste - exskelimoor - 99 EUR
I know... it's sad.. THey make knives in Germany and people in germany pay more than people in the US - even if you consider the VAT...

Theres this big outdoor gear-store chain that stocks some knives called Globetrotter. Theve got stores in all the major cities, but not Munich. If youre heading north then theyve got a store in Hamburg, might be worth checking out.

Adress here:http://www.globetrotter.de/de/filialen/index.php?GTID=ab6b0dd1085647a0066e7eeadee01d17a33

Knives here, although their catalog shows more knives:http://www.globetrotter.de/de/shop/rubrik.php?k_id=10&h_kat=Messer+%26+Werkzeuge&GTID=ab6b0dd1085647a0066e7eeadee01d17a33

Some bonus info: If you want to save some money AND u live in finland as your profile states, have you considered Heinnie Haynes of the UK? Theyre pretty wellknown among knife-people in Europe.
Theyve got hundreds of knives, cheap shipping and at the current exchange ok prices. What they dont have they can get for you. Customer service is excellent too.

Thanks a lot for the shops and addresses, I'll put 'em to the list.
I live in Finland so I'm well aware of the VAT. I am also a regular at Knifeworks and Lighthound so if I want stuff cheap, I go there.
The point of this is that I want to visit an actual store IN PERSON, I didn't really clear that up before.

Anyway, I wasn't going to buy anything very expensive, prob nothing over 50€. With the current EUR/USD exchange rate and considering the cost of shipping I won't be losing anything significant price wise with cheap stuff.

Thanks for the info, I'll keep an eye out for those "Globetrotters", they seem to have some European knives you don't find elsewhere.
As far as Heinnie Haynes goes, those prices are still way up there compared to what I can get out from the US, especially for the more expensive stuff.

Thx a lot!
