knife stores in or around boston

does anyone know of any good knife stores in and around boston other than stoddards? By the way, i applied for a job there, wouldn't that be great to be able to be around knives full time and get paid for it?! I'm hoping. By the way, if there are other forum members around the boston area we should get together and talk knives one of these days. Thanks for the responses,

Your only other option would be Chesapeake in Quincy Market. Remmingtons is gone from Center Plaza. Stoddards also in Copley Suare and Chestnut Hill. Remingtons at the mall in Braintree.

Yeah, there aren't too many places around here, that I know of. Depressing. Although I DID get my first knife (BM 970) at the Staddards in Copley Place.

There is a knife store in the Emerald Square Mall in North Attleboro. I don,t remember the name but they have a much larger selection of knives than the Remmington stores.

There's also a Chesapeake at the Natick Mall. Okay, fine, so it'd be silly to go all the way out to Natick for a Chesapeake when there's one right downtown (4 minutes from my office ...

), but thought I'd add that one to the list.

I'd love to talk blades with Boston-area ppl. If anyone works downtown (fin. dist. area), I'm up for a knife-knuts lunch!
