Knife Stores in Orlando Florida?

Go to the Belz factory outlet and look for The Knife Factory.

Or drive an hour and forty five minutes and take a look at the 1SKS warehouse. No showroom but lotsa knives!

The imaginary warehouse?

Don't forget to stop by the Randall factory down on South OBT, not far from Disney.

Hint: Don't stop for the young ladies hitchhiking in the area though. It's a trick, their not really looking for a ride.

If you want to browse(hard to get a deal), try Al's Army/Navy. There are three locations: 1. on OBT(about 4 miles north of Randall's;2. on 436, just before 17/92 in Altamonte Springs; and 3. in Sanford on 17/92 north.
And yes, I've been to the imaginary warehouse of 1sks, and I've spent 2 hours of imaginary time and bought some imaginary knives there. It's worth the time. Al

Let's see it's been awhile since I was stationed there but there was this martial arts store on Orange (I think) not far from the naval base(or what used to be the naval base).

Wishing I knew of any of these places when I was there.

Balisong, the folding fixed blade.

I think that is East Coast Martial arts if memory serves.

Yes Mike, even at your age, the memory is still working. East Coast Martial Arts is at 1646 E. Colonial Dr., about 4 miles from the "old" Naval Training Base. They also have a web site www.ecmas.com Al

Well...perhaps not a knife store but probably the best knife show in these parts should be coming up soon..if lucky your dates may coincide. Gator knife club puts on the annual knife show now being held at the Lakeland Civic Center, bout half hour or so from Disney. Don't have the dates in front of me but I know its coming soon..either last weekend of Jan. or soon in Feb. Guaranteed better than any single storefront blade display. Otherwise the knife cases at Shoot Straight, on 441, somewhere round Tavares is about the best I've found, good sampling of most major makes of production blades.

Thanks to those who replied.

I Visited Randall Made Knives and the folk there were very busy but quite friendly. Very impressive collection of knives (Randall and otherwise) and knife related memorabelia. I could have easily spent the whole afternoon there but the family was waiting.

Also visited the Belz factory outlet and The Knife Factory. Very nice collection of knives for sale but with inflated prices (IMHO). Still worth a visit.

heh. I was at the knife factory a few weeks back. the clerk had a spyderco progrip older than dirt... everything overpriced.

Not only are they not looking for a ride, I have it on good authority that not all of them are women (OUCH). Also used to be a lot of "gentlemen's clubs" on SOBT.
