Knife stores near Mystic Seaport Conn?

I am going to visit the Mystic Seaport area in a couple weeks, and I would like to visit any decent knife stores in the area. If anyone has any names and addys for me, I would appreciate it. It would be great if there was a website dedicated to names and locations of knife stores all over the country.
