The largest selection of quality knives: Mark's Outdoor Sports in Vestavia.

A fine variety of a smaller number of manufacturers (Spyderco, Microtech,
Benchmade, Cold Steel): Southeastern Guns in Trussville.

As a bonus, you will find the finest stock of firearms in the area at the above locations.

Downtown Birmingham: None that I know of.
