Knife suggestions?

I got some Christmas money today, and I want to use a portion of it to buy a general purpose edc knife. My budget is around $150. I want a smaller sized knife. Fixed or folder. But I want them to be on the smaller size.

Fixed is an option. Purpose is EDC.

I like my Kershaw Leek for EDC small and fast opening great knife! You could buy 3 for 150.00 or less.

Please define "smaller sized." My first thought is to recommend a Spyderco Chapparral for a lighter duty gentleman's knife or a Benchmade Mini Bone Collector for something a bit stronger. Both are under 3" blades.
