Hey guys I've got an idea for what would be an AWESOME, knife test, just don't have all the knives or a means to "scientifically" test them, perhaps someone out there (Cliff Stamp for instance) could test some if not all of following knives. Many companies produce a Ka-Bar knockoff or something in that size range so how about a head to head free-for-all, cutting, throwing, prying and concrete chopping included to determine who's once and for all KING OF THE KA-BARS
1. Ka-Bar (the brand name)
2. Camillus Ka-bar style knife
3. Ontario Ka-bar style knife
4. Case Ka-bar style knife
5. Glock field knife (kinda resembles a ka-bar, looks like a good knife)
6. Becker C/U 7 (great knife in my opinion)
7. Ka-Bar (the brand name) D2 Extreme Ka-Bar (can a D2 FB be any good?)
8. TOPS Moccasin Ranger
and then as a control (standard for comparison): Swamp Rat Camp Trap and/or Chris Reeve Project I and/or Busse Natural Outlaw.
Hopefully somebody out there will take this and run with it.
