Is that a CRK? Then I would assume it is done correctly, if not impeccably.

Can't tell from this photo but it's a CRK, guessing it's perfect. The Damascus lines at the tip might be throwing you off?

Well, I wouldn't go that far, but the seller shown in your pic is highly respected, and would not tell you the blade is straight if it weren't.

Could be shot from a slight angle, too, which would make it look uncentered.

I'm a centering extremist. And I would be fine with that knife. Plus knives can require adjustment from time to time. It doesn't automatically equal an manufacturing error.
