^^ I believe these guys have it mostly figured out.

That looks like the very rare Fiddleback "Proctologist" that was abandoned after the prototype stage to prevent medical malpractice risks from stupid people believing that the model name implies suggested use in the same way that every knife has tactical and bushcraft capabilities.

Some designs like this are better left unmade in the interest of the greater good...
