Looking for a good set of tools to maintain my knifes. Figured out I am going to get wiha just would like some input on which to pick out.

Thinking of either getting in sizes t6,t8,t10 (as it seems these cover the most torxs sizes in knifes) in either the precision screwdrivers, or in the wing or flag torxs, or go cheapest and get the L keys.

Other option is the stubby or this micro bit set

Or if you guys recommend something else from there line. Thanks as if you have seen there site there are just to many options

Here's what I just got. Couldn't be happier. I've used it to remove a clip off my Kershaw knife and remove a cover from my laptop to install a memory card.

Wera KK 11 ESD Compact Bitholder/Bit Set, 10-Piece
Set contains Kraftform ESD bitholder with Rapidaptor quick-release chuck, 1 Slotted bit - 1/8”; 2 Phillips bits - PH1, PH2; 6 TZ TORX bits - TX5, TX6, TX7, TX8, TX9, TX10. Includes durable plastic casing for transport and storage.

Kinda expensive at about $25 but it looks and feels like it will last several lifetimes.

Wiha tools are of outstanding quality. Among the best made anywhere. You should decide which style of tools you feel you will be most comfortable using, and pick those. If you plan to seldom use the tools, then it would make sense to go with the cheaper set. If you will be using them a lot, get something nicer and you won't regret it since they will remind you how nice they are every time you use them.

I got this set. It was relatively inexpensive on the net and has twice the tool ends than just the screwdriver bits.

I use Wera also, I don't know how anything could possibly be better. I'd suggest getting the Wiha bit selector dragonist2 mentioned and a small Wera driver to go with them.

Home Depot has a 8 in 1 Torx driver screwdriver for under $6. Not a Wiha but works well for me. Many others on the forum have been happy with this set.

The wiha drivers are really nice tools to own. If you don't want to buy a set that may include drivers you don't need, check out a local hobby shop that sells rc cars and airplanes. Most will sell the wiha drivers individually. As Rpttrsn said, Home Depot also sells a multi driver set under their Husky brand. One thing to note is that the bits on the husky multi driver rust like all hell if you don't keep them oiled. I highly suggest both the wiha set along with the Husky. I keep the husky in my go bag and the wiha set on the work bench.

I have a tool I got from Lowes and it works perfectly. Would never need anything else. It was maybe $8.
