Just finished putting together a little Knife Database App called KnifeTracker
I used LibreOffice Base to build it, file is Knives.odb
LibreOffice is Open Source Free Office Suite like MS Office and Access. You can download and install it for free and you will also need Java JRE which is a free download as well.
Allows entry of Vendors, Steel, Scales, Liners, and Hardware (Pins/Bolts) in separate lists which you select from pull-downs on main 'Knives' form. You can enter Heat Treat, Supplies, and blade length and it calculates a total cost based on the parts selected and OAL (steel calculated in inches). Plus you can also enter labor and sell price and calculate profit.
Download the file in the link, unzip the KnifeApp folder (may end up in your Downloads folder depending on how extracted). You can move the KnifeApp folder anywhere and launch by clicking on Knives.odb in that folder (once you have LibreOffice and JRE installed).
Click on the Help Button on Main Screen for assistance using the App.
Reply with any issues you encounter. Just 'paying it forward' as I'm starting out making my own sharp steel creations (or abominations) and will probably need some mentoring as I go.
Here is the full App with predefined data files (use this for first time install)

If you have installed the full App already, you only need to download this, unzip, and replace Knives.odb in the KnifeApp folder if there are app updates. Latest update is v1.5 as of 07/07/19@2:00pm (version is in lower left corner of app main screen).
