Hi,
I thought I would give a quick review. I haven't watched this one for a while, so I'm working from memory and notes.
I really like the progression in Guro Gibsons tapes. It is an excellent overview, especially for those training in Inosanto blend of the FMA. Its not a very visually exciting tape but it is a good tape for those who are fairly new to the FMA(or a good reference for those more advanced students), and are looking for a good training progression.
