Just saw an old Blacklist episode.
The bad guy pressed a knife against the throat of the FBI agent.
It....looked... like a compression lock. Like a Paul Lock.

Blade was triangular and VERY pointy. Looked to have either a sharpened back or a false edge on back. It did have hole but didn't look Spyderco-ish.

Anyone know what it could be? All the Blacklist episodes are on Netflix.

The scene was very brief.

Can you add a photo?

It's a Spyderco Volpe.

I never got why you would want to hold the knife pressing onto the neck in a threat. Wouldn't you be worried about moving your hand or having the captive wiggle and then accidentally you slit their throat? Seems like you would want to just have the knife close to the neck but not on it.

Hollywood .

I've seen movies where someone is pressing the edge of a knife HARD into someone's throat, and all I can do is roll my eyes and think "If that knife were actually sharp that person would be dead". It's amazing how dull knives are in the movie universe 😁. Of course they don't actually want to hurt the actors, but sometimes they make it so obvious it's laughable.

Like I said, Hollywood .

It's in the script. In real life the bad guy just does the deed and asks questions later.
