Knife used on "Dexter", Season 1 - Episode 2

I know I'm a little late in watching this show but I couldn't help but notice this knife when I was watching an episode. Any idea what it is?

Assisted/auto, partially serrated blade, thumb stud, 3 holes in the blade, looks like a liner lock.

That looks pretty darn close but I do see a subtle difference. The knife in the screenshots appears to have txt/logo in line with the 3 holes. The picture on the Kershaw website has the txt/logo right below the holes.

Could just be slightly different versions of the same knife, or it was modified for tv?

Looks like the kershaw mentioned below, i interpolated the image and brightened it up (bigger/brighter!) If anything they might remove the branding on the knife.
This is my favorite show, damn fine show...

it does look like a boa. in the bottom picture you can see the dimples in the grip.
