Knife validity

Trying to find out if this knife is real or fake. Says knife is 1934 , my question is was elephant engraved at that time? Case elephant toe.

Case was still using Caelluloid in the 1990's???

I thought "everyone" had moved on to acrylics or other syntheitcs, Abandoning (rightly) Celluloid in the early to mid 1960's. (Case finally going to Delrin in 1967.)

Case Classics, not Case. Jim Parker had all but four CC patterns made by Queen, Blue Grass Cutlery or whoever. Lots of them had celluloid handle slabs.

The elephant...is it engraved? looks more electrostatically done...or wevver that process is called....kinda dotty...?
