I bought two fixed-blade knives while in Toledo, Spain. I guess you would say they are Bowie-style.
You can see them at www.crowning.com under the products section, click on #21.
The model #'s are 3861, and 3872-A.
I'd like to get an idea what they are worth. Both are full-tang, 440C molybdenum-Vanadium stainless steel. One had a Madera handle, the other a phenolkraf handle. Both have high-quality leather sheaths.
I tried contacting Crowning directly, butthey basically said that if I'm not a dealer I can go screw and they won't tell me anything.
Anybody familiar with Crowning products, or can give me an idea about their worth?
