Knife value

Hello!

New member, my name is Troy from Wisconsin. I have a Bowie knife that was my fathers who passed away in 1982 that I just came across and am wondering if anyone can tell me more about it?

It's 16" total length with a 10" blade at the base of the blade it says G C Co. Solingen Germany chrome. On the other side it says BOWIE with an old west indian hunting bison on horseback scene.

I have pics but not sure how to get them on here?
