This is the one that gave me such a hard time, three gaurds, two handles and a reprofile of the blade and finaly it all comes together. Guess she just wanted horn instead of stabilized wood.

5 1/4" 52100 blade with 3/4" ricasso, 3/4" brass gaurd, goat horn spacer and buffalo horn handle, 10 1/2" over all.

What is it that you say, if at first you don't succeed , keep on trying. It looks to me that you did succeed the result is a very nice knife, I like it. Gib

Will,

Great job, you're getting that Fowler style down pat. She looks like she'd make a dandy camp knife. Have you done any chopping with her?

Thanks guys, I was about ready to have a priest come over to exorsize it!

Jose, she cuts very well, but is a little small and light for a camp knife, after all it's only got a 5 1/4" cutting edge. Eigther a larg skinner or real small camp knife, not shure which.

Btw, the spacer came from the goat horn I got from you Bruce, that is shure some pretty stuff, have got to get my hands on some sheep horn!
