I'm looking for a knife that comes with titanium standoffs because I want to anodize them gold. Any ideas on a knife that has this feature?

You could make your own:)

Here my Pingo with homemade anodized titanium clip (and homemade scales).

CRK's have ti standoff's, Hinderers also:thumbup: ^^ Love what you did to that Pingo

As previous poster indicated, Hinderer and Chris Reeve knives have them, but those are high end knives. You can get them used, though, on the forum. Just make sure gold is a color that can be anodized. Some colors can't, due to voltages or something. Maprik, a forum member, does anodizing and would know.

Gold is part of the Ti anodizing spectrum but it requires a higher voltage that some home setups can't produce. Green is also a high voltage color.

Pretty sure my Microtech LCC has titanium standoffs, you might have difficulty finding one, but still would be maybe a little cheaper than a sebenza.

titanium is notriously hard to color

Ti forms an instant skin of oxide, this why most Ti is natural. I have Ti frame bike cool as chit, flexs, hard weld, as powder burns like all hell and is really by product of air o space.

Coating usual requires, plating in multiple metals until the final coat is made, acid cleaned too bare metal base metal then final metal.

i agree Ti may not be right metal - but update us since i do not know

good luck!
