you most likely won't get AXIS lock with Speedsafe on a same knife. AXIS is a Benchmade patterned mechanism, while the Speedsafe is exclusively for Kershaw. If you want an AXIS lock with some form of AO feature, try one of Benchmade's Auto-AXIS knifes. Essentially an AXIS knife with a spring that snaps open. Comes with Tanto/Spear, and largely G-10 handle. Not sure what type of blade they use though.

*strong blade tip?? not a problem BM, EKI, spyderco all have knives with strong tips.
*S30V w/ti-ni - i dont know of any off hand myself but as i dont like blade coatings i'm not up on them like some things.
*emerson wave - a lot of EKI knives are waved but none have an axis lock the CQC12 is a frame lock though and is equivalent to an axis in the area of strength.
*axis lock is only on BM's.
*speed safe is kershaw IIRC.
*the EKI CQC12 has either a all ti handle or a G10/Ti handle.
*i would say the closest thing for your criteria which actually exists would be a CQC12, ya wont ever find one knife with all the features you list FWIW as they are from competing brands. since ya can wave a knife open faster than speedsafe or any assisted or really auto openers speedsafe/etc wouldnt be needed on a waved knife, no reason to have it imho, no waved knives have that anyway.

Speed Safe w/on/off feature": I'm not sure you can get any two of these features on the same knife.
Speed Safe isn't on/off, it's on all the time. Benchmade's "Optimiser" assisted opening can be added or removed, although I don't think there's just some slider piece to turn it on or off.
But there are tons of knives with 3 and 4 of your wanted features.
