I'm looking for a knife with the following attributes:

Fixed blade
3"ish
full flat ground
with the edge going straight to the ricasso, no sharpening choil

Prefer something easy to sharpen like carbon steel or up to like a VG10. S30V is too much. Open to any brands.

If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.

ESEE 3. It's pretty close to what you are looking for. It's reasonably priced and comes in a few different configurations.

L.T. Wright will have something that suits your needs (excellent D2 on these; FFG on most models):

I have a handful of the L.T.'s, but I carry this one the most (the Coyote):

The Spyderco Street Beat comes to mind:

Blade length: 3.5"
Steel: VG-10

Also, check out Bark River Knife and Tool. Their EDC series and some other knives seem to fit your criteria.

I'd say the BlackJack 155 would be perfect for you, 6-3/8" overall, 3" blade and 154CM steel.

Yeah I know it's not flat ground, but you just can't beat a good convex edge for durability.
