As of a few minutes ago, the "other forum" is alive again. www.knifeforums.com

If you go into any of the forums and change the "show topics..." line from 10 days to 20 days or better, you pull up the old activity. I was able to post a "Hi there" in the Lefty forum. There are a couple of forums missing, that have gone over to tacticalforums.com.

To be continued . . .

James,
Have you been checking every day?

I gave up checking a week ago.
Glad to see it again.
Wonder how it will "evolve".

It appears as though the deal has finally worked out between Jim Nowka and Earl. I have talked to Jim and hopefully he will have the site up and running in about 2 weeks. The site is now in ghost mode since several of the moderators/administrators are not actually there.

I have offered to help Jim set the site up and get it running as best we can.

Greetings Forum Members,
A lot has happened in the last week or so, Earl and I have come to an agreement concerning Knifeforums.com. The site
should be up and running in the next few days, and on the new server surely before 1 December 1999. You can E-mail me at
info@theshipstore.com if you have any suggestions concerning forums you want to see, or to recommend any Moderators you
want me to solicit. This will be a new beginning for Knifeforums.com and I want to keep all that was good at that site, The
history of intelligent conversations between knife enthusiast.
My goal is to provide an entertaining and informative place to post.

Respectfully,
James D. Nowka
