Knifemaker account not showing up in title.

So I have a knifemaker account, says so under paid subscriptions... I've had one for a year, just renewed it a few days ago. However my name is still blue instead of orange and it just says registered user when I make a post. What's going on with that?

Also my knifemaker account from last year never got prorated because I had bought a gold account a day before I went up to the knifemaker account and I was told to make a thread here and ask for it to be prorated and it apparently never happened because both the gold and the knifemaker ended one day from each other... so I had a year of gold and knifemaker at the same time. I feel like I got ripped off there as well. I made attempts to contact and received no response.... so I'd really like to get money back or prorated this year at least... as well as get my title put back to a knife maker one. Let me know what you can do, thanks.

You will need to please update your Usergroup by going to Settings>Paid Subscriptions and selecting your paid membership, or by using this link: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/profile.php?do=editusergroups

As for the lost gold membership. Spark will have to tend to that. I'd suggest you send an email to him with the specific details of the transaction including any transaction numbers you may have to spark@bladeforums.com
