Hello, it was my yearly update, I decided to go 3 years all at once.

Instantly I see my knife maker service banner came back. Thank you.

How do I start my sub forum page? Are there special rules? Special instructions for setting things up and posting? I didn't see it in the stickies.

If you've paid your 3 years of Knifemaker's membership fees, then post a thread in the Tech Support forum with the following information:
Thread title: "Hosted Knifemaker Forum: [Your desired forum title]"
In the body of the thread you'll need to provide your Paypal transaction ID for your membership purchases, then a short description for your forum, and a link to any website you wish displayed (optional).

I think so...I contacted him privately. Paid 3 years worth.
Made a title, opening statement of sorts.....etc.etc.
I'm not posting my bills publicly Here. If he needs more, that will be privately.

It looks like he hasn't been on in awhile, it's ok. Maybe he's on a vacation or something? It will all work out.
