Knifemaker killed in action in Iraq...

BTW, can anyone tell me the relationship between MSG. Robert M. Horrigan and John Horrigan? I think they're kin.

My heartfelt sympathy to his family, friends, and fellow soldiers. To quote his wife, Denise, on their website:

"“Every man dies but not every man truly lives…” Robert truly lived -- for family, for nation and for the guys next to him."

John Horrigan, a recently made ABS Mastersmith , is Robert'S twin brother. A sad loss.

i saw the obit in the austin paper, he had a decoration or 2 let me tell ya, sure hated to hear about it, helluva soldier imho.

The obit doesn't begin to tell the story. Bob was a hell of a soldier who also made a great fighter that he sold to soldiers at a discount to make sure they had the tools they needed. He will be truely missed.

He looked like he was one heck of a soldier. He also made some great looking knives. It's a shame we have to loose such talented people.
