Knifemaker Membership - renewal erased custom title

Kevin,

When I renewed my Knifemaker membership, it erased my custom title.

We talked about it over the phone...but it looks like it didn't work again....still says knifemaker.

Don't want to be a PITA....but don't want to have to pay to change it again either...


Could you please change it for me?
