hello, i post a message to introduce me on this great forum. I'm a french knifemaker (i still work my english:)). I begin 5 years ago and professional 3 years ago. All my knifes are 100% handmade (design, blade, handle, screw...). I mainly create lockbacks, and leverlock double action. My passion for micro-mechanism pushed me to develop that system. some picture to illustrate my work. Thanks for looking and comment... And special thanks for someone who told me about this forum;).

Your pictures ain't workin' for me, but nice to see you and we can always have a knife maker join us.

If you need help posting pics...
 
With "image" it has to be hosted or posted elsewhere on the internet (there are photo hosting websites like imgur, lensdump, etc. where you can upload if you don't want to host them on your own site), you then paste the image address into the image widget, you can usually right click a picture and see "copy image address"

Yea it sure would be nice if the forum had software to be able to just upload from your PC. I was going to post a knife the other night but Imgur wasn't working worth a crap. I just gave up. Seems like a nice forum, just not as updated as others. Y'all take care!!
 
The media gallery works like the other hosting sites, after you upload you can link to the image address like above

You can upload a pic from your PC if you have a paid membership.

I use the “upload a file option” for all my photos to BF. Your concern is legitimate, but maybe start a thread of your own to complain.
A little respect for this new forum member’s thread is in order i believe.
