I've been a Guild member since 2013, and we've not had a published print directory in that time. I have started a small collection of vintage directories, with an original green 1974, a 1977, and a 1981 on the shelf so far.

Some of y'all know I've written a few knife books and I'm also on the Guild board, so it seemed reasonable to publish a print Knifemakers' Guild directory, 50 years after the first one.

We included member profiles including headshot and a knife pic, plus a list of members who didn't send pics.

For the first time we've also included a history of the Guild that includes every board member by position and the date and location of every single Guild show.

Our friend Terri Lynn at Jantz did the layout.

The book is available on Amazon. We may have a few on hand at Blade Show, TBD. I published it on my KDP account, but proceeds on this one go to the Knifemakers'
Guild.

I’m interested in picking this up, Thank you for your work in the Guild. I find the history of the Guild interesting and looking forward to learning more about it’s history. I got a knife coming in tomorrow that I’ve been excited to receive because when I found it I learned that the maker was apparently one of the founders of the Knife Makers Guild, his name is Chubby Hueske.

Few things stood out to me:
Chubby Hueske is an unbelievably cool name to me, owning a knife from one of the founders of the knife makers guild is an honor and a beautiful hunting knife it is to boot. I’m looking forward to the book as well to learn more.
