Knifemaking classes in NM

My dad has loved knives for as long as I can remember. Right now he has a huge collection and has recently become interested in learning how to make them. For his birthday I would like to get him started with a knife making class. Would any of you know of a good school/classes in New Mexico? Since I'm currently at a loss I would appreciate any help provided. Thanks.
