Can you all list the knifemaking DVD that have been most helpful to you.

I have Stout's "Hollow Grinding" and Caffrey's "Basic Bladesmith" and found them extremely informative.

Any more I should add to the collection?

Thanks

Ed

The DVD's we sell the most are:

- Sculpting with David Broadwell
- Fileworking with Dwayne Dushane
- Custom Knife Sheaths with Chuck Burrows

Ed Caffrey has two DVD's out now. I just watched his Damascus Steel. It is very good. Ed's DVD's have not been out very long but they are selling well.

I particularly like Custom Knife Sheaths. I used to do leather work. I learned more from Chuck's two DVD's than I did in several years of doing my own leather work.

Bill Morans tape on knife forging is real good, in my opinion. I also have all the ones listed above, and like every one of them.

Kim's Grinding vid is good. Chris Crawford's video on scale release autos is great, but only bother if you have a mill and some experience with folders. Peter Atwood's framelock video is killer.

I have watched Ed's DVD three times so far and it is a good precis of what he teaches on his seminar. Combined with his writings in Blade magazine or his books, it should tell you all you need to make a pretty decent working blade.

I also have Gil Hibben's grinding video, which is informative and fun to watch.
