I have a temporary to possibly permanent job available at Fiddleback Forge. Its not an easy one. The duties include profiling blanks, drilling, sanding, prepping pinstock, and making bullseye tubes.

I require you to have health insurance to work here.

The pay is $12/hour. The hours are 8am to ~5pm mon to fri. I am flexible with this though.

Give me a call this afternoon or later if interested. My phone is charging now and is totaly dead.

Please be aware that this job is strenuous, the shop is hot, and for the entire day you will be wearing a full face respirator.

Hi Andy,

I wish...boy oh boy do I wish. But the distance is too far! :)

Sincerely,
Mark

Sounds like a great opportunity for someone who's dreaming of learning the art of knife making. I only wish I was 25 yrs younger and/or your shop was in Cobb Co. lol
Summer is coming and it aint no joke around here.

Oh man.. wish I could do it Andy.. :D The commute would be a little too far though..

Wow, working at the mother station. Can someone say, "Fantasy Camp". Wish I could do it as well!

Thanks for looking guys. I hired Allen Surls today. He actually came out and helped us sand yesterday and did a great job. I'm proud to have him.

Congrats Allen! I've been really happy with my WAS knife, you have a bunch of talent!

Thank you Andy and gents! I am looking forward to being a part of Fiddleback Forge! I couldn't think of a better scenario at this point. I am able work with a great group of folks and speed my learning curve with great accelaration so I can further my knifemaking skills.

Allen, we all know the truth.... you just want the inside track on the knife stash! :) We gotcha buddy! LOL

It's gonna be a fun ride, buddy! Congrats again!

Damn and here I am 3000 miles away. Man the pay is better than almost any job I can find out here too. Ahhhh, California, land of high costs, low wages, and scarce jobs all around.
