I'm thinking about some serious knife testing. I mean: compare the cutting abilities of several brands and steel types.
We (me and a couple friends) have several 'quality' pocketknives (benchmade, spyderco, kershaw, buck, klotzli, al mar, cold steel,...) that we want to test. The test would have to be non destructive (like cutting rope, cardboard, shaving).
Can anyone provide us with some usefull tips and test methods?
Thanks
