Knifeworks M4 Paramilitary 2

Hi everybody, thanks for all of your Spyderco knowledge, I've been reading here for a while now. My first post is a question. Does anybody know what's going on with Knifeworks releasing more M4 Paramilitary 2's? They released some this morning and the website now shows they're unavailable, but it also says that more will be released tomorrow. I'm wondering if these are part of the original 1200 pieces or if they ordered a new batch? Thanks.

It's most likely they are reselling returns and warranty replacements(fixed by Spyderco) from the first batch.

Thanks for the reply Joe. I was also thinking they could be returns or something like that. It makes me wonder why they would release 23 of them last week and then more this week. Maybe somebody else has more information on this topic?

They may have also just been knives held back by KW for swap outs, unforeseeables, just a buffer for them to keep a few. Doubt there will be any more available.

And on at least one past exclusive they have been known to receive additional knives from Spyderco.
