Has the new FFG Endura's with the Colored Handles, I want a brown one really bad.

Those colored handles on the FFG Enduras made me think how fun it would be if they had a smell that went with the color. Chocolate or coffee for the brown, grape for the purple, etc. The only one that stumped me was the grey.

i was a bout to buy a delica color, but then i got stumped on which color i wanted, then found something else and bought that...now i have to wait a little while to get one:rolleyes:

Im going with an elephant sweat delica:D:D

I wonder how many of these spyderco intends to make.... I'd sure like a gray E4 and a blue D4 for my fiance but dont really want to shell out the $ right now

Elephant sweat! Thats great. Maybe they should be referred to by implied smell rather than color.

btw I read that 1800 of each is being made.

My understanding, which may be wrong, is that about 1000 of each color will be made as a "test" and that additional batches will be made of any/all colors which sell sufficiently well. Waiting always involves some risk, but I think the risk would be lower in this case than with a Sprint Run.

Oddly enough the colors don't do much for me. I think some are good looking but I'm a basic black kinda guy. Orange works for me on some knives, but that's about it.

I agree. I never could understand camo on an outdoor knife! :p

When using a camo knife outdoors the Grizzly never sees it coming. They see a puny human hand slapping them with what appears to be a hand full of leaves & twigs so they are slow to defend from such a comic attack. Then their severed head falls to the ground. Camo fools varmits completely. :D

If I could draw I'd do a cartoon of a guy with 100% camo equipment in the woods who wonders a few yards from his camp and can't find it........
