Just got back from this type of hunt. One of the more enjoyable and exciting hunts I have been on. I posted some pictures and a brief story. I also designed and built the knife I used. If you want more info just let me know.

If you do a search under "krein" you will find the post a did on Boar hunting. I went with Dan Moody in Nixon Texas. We had a great time. Watching the dogs work was awsome, it was worth the trip. I had made a knife for this and it worked really well. If you are interested in videos of this type of hunting give me an email.
