I got my sheath today from Mr. Long and just couldn't help but share my enthusiasm and my two pieces of these guys collaborations.... ;)

Jason's work at the forge is extraordinary, as is Paul's wizardry in leather, and then Joe's vision of how things should be and work....in real life. :cool:

Joe, what's the handle material on the Founders Bowie?

On the main run they where dyed tiger maple if I remember correctly

There have been a few variants

I have a Micarta version and I know there is an iron wood one out there also

All the knives look great.
But being a wood guy the Founders Bowie really caught my eye.
Is that dyed Maple?
