I have seen them but I don't believe that they are made anymore. I have actually been on the lookout for the same info your requesting for about two years now. They have proven to be quite an elusive find.

sigh....

no kidding...i also been looking for years now.
i was on the Vegas shot show 1999 where Knights Armament
had a prototype....and they offered it to me for 750 $.

loved the knife....wonderful.

i know tadgear had them for some time, limited, but also...GONE !
