Knight's/Emerson Collaboration Knife

Did a search and didn't see this one. Have you all seen the Knight's/Emerson Government/Tanto Mule Collaboration Knife? Night's makes the the top tier ARs, and with Emerson, offer a knife. Came out 2016. I'm not in the market for another fixed tanto but posting as FYI. Does not say what the handle materials are (I'm assuming g10?), and in the price point, would have expected perhaps CPM s35vn. No doubt, 154CM will do the job just fine, and some may prefer it in the hard use fixed blade role. Anyone here own/handle one?
