In 1999, I ordered this custom made "Cannady" knife from Daniel Cannady and David Stroud. David was Daniel's son-in-law. After Daniel retired, David handled the knife making.

I've got a pretty little whittler I bought from Daniel in Nov. of '96. It was at the NY Knife show at the Hilton I think. Marked 1716 on the tang.
