Finished a few weeks ago for Benefit.

Blades are powder coated 1095 with Custom micarta.

How does one powder-coat steel, then put colored logo's on it like that?

Powder coating is easy. You spray a powder on and put it in a oven. The only way I will coat the blade. Now the logo was put on using a method called Pad Printing. It is as tough as the powder coating. I had the individuals names put on with a laser engraver. They say a mirror finish is hard. It took four people, three companies, hundreds of miles of driving, hours on the phone putting the team together. I laugh at mirror finishes LOL. Just kidding. I would have much rather have done a mirror finish.

Did I mention I only had two weeks to put this all together start to finish.
