Looking to buy at least three knives for friends in the service. Looking at the Badger Attack or Natural Outlaw. What kind of knife would you want strapped on for long days? Fixed blades only, they already have folders.

Thanks,
Tom

ps. Lets not forget our troops have family still here, and usually on tight budgets. While my father was gone an older gentlemen nearby would give us extra food from his garden, fruit, etc. The house needed paint so he bought the paint if the family did the work. I did not realize how much he gave until I was older, my mom did. Say hello, give a kid an apple, invite your neighbors over for dinner, offer to do a little car maintenance, whatever. The little stuff adds up.

Tom thanks for the post. .. I'm sure that these guys can give you some great advice.. .. . When it comes time for your purchase, be sure to contact me and I will make sure that you are given the military discount plus some.

Thanks,

Jerry Busse

That is very nice of you Jerry!! That's one reason this forum is so great, lotta nice guys here!!:)

Thank you for your generosity it is greatly appreciated, let me now your shirt size, I will forward a company shirt and hat. Its the least I can do.
Any former or active military, or anyone else with first hand use of these knives please give me the straight information so I can get these ordered and sent to some servicemen asap. Again, Badger Attack or Natural Outlaw, or ?

Thanks,
Tom

personally I think the Natural Outlaw fits the bill. I like the extended tang for use as a hammer if needed. I'd say it's the most suited Busse for everyday combat carry. In civilian life maybe something smaller would do but for my peace of mind I'd carry the NO.

Bill

Tom,
I would have to agree with Bill and say the NO would probably be the best. It is large enough to handle most chores and yet not to large to carry comfortably. Great knife and this is a great thing you are doing for your friends in the service.
Thank you

Thanks to all, expecially Jerry. Natural Outlaws it is.

My sincerest thanks and gratitude,

Tom

Threads and discussions like this are the main reason I have a NO due to arrive in a day or so as well.

As usual, I'm a day late and a dollar short but put in my vote for the Natural Outlaw as well. It one of my personal favorites.

You know, Jerry and the Busse fans exemplify what is good in America. In these times I am especially proud ot be an American and a Busse fan.

A neighbors 12 year old son helped me dig out a planter, wouldn't take any money so I told him I would take him out to the local range to shoot some cans and clay birds..........his dad said ok, but wanted to know if he could come too!
There are a lot of nice folks out there, just have to look. Same neighbors had a few folks over for a barbeque.....non hunters, the women sure warmed up after trying my Moose Kabobs!.....now they ask when I'm going moose hunt'n again. People like that, the folks on this forum, and Jerry Busse sure warm this Americans heart.

Press on, we will prevail,
Tom

ps. Jerry, I'll be trying your e-mail to place the order.
