Thanks to everyone who helped me with that. Here is what I got, and I remember someone asking for picts and thoughts when I got them. So, I got them the Ontario Spec 102. Here is the link http://www.dlttradingcompany.com/product_info.php?cPath=48_316&products_id=3619
They were a lot nicer than I expected. The fit and finish is very good, they also came shaving sharp! The handles are small, knid of hard for me to hold, but these are for kids. I like the high grind, full tang, and G-10 handles. The spine is good and sharp for a fire-steel, should throw a good shower. They rattle in the sheath, but it holds them. How much can you expect for $18 knife? Im giving these to my nephews for gifts, so Im not going to the back yard with them, sorry. They should handle normal cutting/bushcraft tasks just fine.

Whoah, for 18 bucks I want a couple.
Start them with quality, good idea, as is SAFETY!

I should add, a kids first impulse with a knife is usually to try throwing it, so maybe explain why that should be done where no rocks and concrete are! :D

Well, Ill be sure to tell them not to throw them. They think Im the coolest person in the world and hang on my every word.

To be honest I think that's a lot more knife than any ten or eleven year old kid needs. But now that you've got them, you should lay down some serious rules regarding their use - in particular no use without supervision until they can prove they can handle them safely and responsibly.

Oh, there will be a serious talk about safety, and they will not be doing anything with them on their own, their dad or I will always be with them. They are responsible, and mature enough for knives.

I have an Ontario Spec-101 that has a more spearpoint blade, but is still an awsome woods knife. They're a great value for the money- in my case $12.95 including UPS Ground.

Haha, your whole last order still comes up when you click the DLT link.

 Can you tell me where you made that score?

Run Brigade Quartermasters' coupon codes through Google! Also, notice that most of the sites are user inputed, and some of the expiration dates may be incorrect (some of the codes are calid beyond the posted exp date, I assume they were probably submitted by somebody who copied it off a coupon attached to their invoice).

Also, when you order from BQM, they tend to include coupons/codes with your invoice.

Looks like a neato knife. I'm actually tempted to get one. Its dying for a mod. I'd love to grind that guard down and remove the etches.
