First up is a 360 layer damascus fighter of 1080 and 15n20. The shaped scales are some the best Koa I have ever seen from Mark at Burl Source. Blade length is 8 1/2" OAL is 13 3/4"

W-2 Integral Hunter with Black Micarta, S/S pins and thumb patch. Blade is 4 1/4" and the OAL is 8 5/8". The integral handle section is only finished to an 800 grit as well as the micarta with the intention of it being used to carve up critters. The blade on the other hand has a 1200 grit finish, I couldn't help myself:o

Lastly is a W-2 Integral Utility/Camp knife. I think this design would work well for most camp chores. It has Ebony scales with N/S domed pins, swedge clip(cause I like the way it looks). Blade length 6 3/4" with a big belly and OAL is 11 3/4"

Sweet! That first integral looks like a Koa version of my piece. And do I ever love that Black Palm fighter - gorgeous wood and a beautiful hamon.

Roger

Beautiful work Mike! Looks like you are getting pretty good at those intergrals.

Have a good show and a safe trip.

Brian

Super nice work, Mike !

I agree (of course :D) that the Koa is VERY nice, but I really like what you did with the Black Palm - not full endgrain, but kinda on the bias on the sides...a very cool look IMHO

Bill

Excellent work on all of those Mike but I can't wait to see those two carbon steel integrals.

That hunter especially, it really appeals to me.

Nice work Mike. Puts a smile on your face when you quench that clay coated blade and do the first clean up grind, eh? This Boise show thing is sure sounding good, might have to try and make it next year.

Dan

Mike...

They're all beautiful,can't wait to see them...well what's left if I'm late.

Clean and crisp work, great hamons, and some fine damascus.

You and some lucky buyers will have a happy show.

John
