Hi guys,
I hope this is the right section...
My uncle gave me some knives that he bought during his trip in South-East Asia. He also went in Aranyik where he bought this knife
It is an Enap? I can not identify it.
The craftsman from which my uncle bought the product called him in another way, but the paper on which he had written the knife name was lost (it was a word that ended with "pox").
Then this other knife should be a badik. Am I right? But my uncle wrote in his notes "Mid Plai Puin"....I don't find information about it...
Does anyone has historical information on these two blades? If someone knows that there are books with this kind of information I really appreciate to know titles...
I know that in SE Asia, traditions were often passed down orally and that due to the presence of many ethnic groups the names of the objects change (knives in this case). So it is difficult to know the true name...
Thank you in advance
(sorry if I don't write very well, this is not my language)
